Can't Sign-in on my Seller account. Ebay server problems on Black Friday?

I am International Seller and since Dec 27. Black Friday I can't sign-in on my seller account. This happens with Ebay, I checked other known websites and there is no problem. Is it that Ebay server is overloaded related to Black Friday sales?
