Is anyone else getting the Ebay summary page when clicking the Ebay bucks page? It has been a couple days and I still get the summary page.

Try this link and under section how to redeem try clicking Blue letters that are underlined that say
Ebay Bucks, see if it takes you there

Hi and thanks for the reply. I tried the links on the page you suggested. The bottom link took me to my summary page again. I tried the sign up for Ebay bucks link and it knows I am already signed up. I have redeemed my Ebay bucks several times so I am used to the Ebay bucks program. I guess I will have to call customer service. Thanks again for the reply and take care.......Dave

Strange as mine is working fine but as we know many times here things work for some on 1 type of device or browser but not others.

Hi turns out I tried using Goggle chrome browser instead of Internet explorer and the link worked fine. Got right to MY Ebay Bucks page.

That's crazy, I only use Google Chrome. Maybe I should try clearing my cookies.

Edit: Yep, clearing cache and cookies did it

I have the same problem if I am using the browser "chrome". If I am using "internet explorer", I am then able to view my ebay bucks. I believe it has something to do with what browser you are using.

I'm tried every browser I have. Safari and Chrome on my Mac. Then I went to my PC and used IE and Firefox. All with the same result. I click on the "eBay Bucks" and all it does is take me back to my "Summary" page. I tried clicking the "eBay bucks" then going to "Buy" then selecting the "eBay bucks" again and it takes me right back to my Summary page. This is getting fustrating.
