Finding a Member

Is there any way to find a member on ebay that is not a seller when you know their ID?  There used to be a Find Member page but now it seems you can only find sellers.

There is a "Find and Contact Member" link on the my eBay > Messages page.

There is also a Find Member link on the Advanced Search page, but for non-sellers the form requires you to provide an auction number from a mutual transaction. Not sure what the page above requires.

But that doesn't show their email address.  We used to get it in the notice of payment from Paypal but not anymore
