why only 3 items on watch list have photos

Of the 20 items on my watch list only the top 3 have photos, if I delete one the next item on my watch list moves up! I wonder why?I am starting to delete those with-out photo's.Does not say much for selling anything!No info from eBay, I wonder why?

washington sales tax

Day 1 can't send invoice to customer in washington since sales tax took affect. This is an ebay problem and it's not fixed yet and they are aware of it. Had to invoice through pay pal. Better for me no ebay fee.
