Ebay website behaving differently!! I don't like it.

Ebay opens a window each time I look at something! And Ebay home page keeps defaulting to ENDING SOONEST ~ why???

Ebay now defaults to 1st page of WATCH LIST each time I delete or unwatch an item on my list.

How can I make it stop doing that? I don't want to go back to page 1 each time I'm reviewing (and editing) various pages of my watched items.

Shipping fees on Ebay monthly invoice

Why are "shipping fees" listed on my monthly Ebay billing invoice (and part of what I owe Ebay) when the shipping fees were previously taken out of my Paypal account at the time I printed the label?
