eBay's System Status (Current System Status Dashboard) indicates "All services in Good Health." There are currently many technical issues impacting all areas of buying and selling, due to recent updates eBay made in the past couple of weeks. Just some of the problems I and others are currently experiencing: Watched Items photos not displaying, Returned Item photos not displaying, Can't mark items as shipped for returns, slow and unstable platform, etc. etc. I'm not sure how a service is defined as being in Good Health, but clearly the eBay Platform overall is currently not in Good Health and the System Status should reflect this for the various services affected.
