Purchases Will Not Load Via Website!

Screenshot of Purchase Page is attached. I have called customer support 3 weeks ago and they haven't resolved anything. I've been experiencing this for the last 2 months. I can only access my purchases via Ebay App. Very inconvenient.

I am trying to contact a seller to discuss an issue I have with my purchase. As soon as I start to type a message it disappears and there is no way to get back into the message box. If I refresh I get another chance but the same thing happens???
