Ebay error message...

I'm trying to revise an invoice and ebay keeps posting the message, "There is some technical error, please try after sometime". Why does this happen every time I try to revise an invoce these days. Sooooo frustrating!!!

Where have all the sub-menus gone for the shopping categories on eBay.com?

Listing Issue
