I didn’t get my eBay bucks

if you have a starter store with 100 insertions , do you still have the ability to use the 50 free?

I see the 50 free insertions on my "Overview" but when I went over the 100 I got charged. It did not take from the 50 free.

eBay App Adds Offer Without Permission

There is a bug in eBay app that automatically turns on offers when relisting, even when you have explicitly said no offers. You have to then revise the item to turn off the offers. You have to do this each time an item is relisted.

Can't Update Phone Number

The site will not allow you to update your phone number. It kicks you out to log in screen. When you log back it, it gives you a code. When you enter the code, it kicks you BACK OUT to the log in screen. You'll stay in this cycle forever.
