Buying and printing Fedex label, ebay says it a glitch on there end. called twice

Hi,
Not sure if this is the correct answer....but, I had an internal error happen once or twice. For me, it was a matter of clearing my cache on computer.

Try clearing your internet browser, cache history from beginning of time.

Once you do that, clear your internet history on your computer. I'm not sure if you have a mac or pc. For PC users: Go to control panel, then internet options, then under general tabs you will see browsing history and delete temporary files, history, cookies, saved passwords and web form information.

Also, once done, try cleaning up your computer abit further with an antivirus program. If you don't have an anti-virus software, just recommend getting one. There are free options online.

I've had this happen a number of times and have had CS walk me through a couple different methods to deal with this.

First, from the print shipping label page, in the URL replace the words "new_label" with "back_to_classic" including the underscores like below:

https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/new_label?itemId=223273108386&transId=2320

Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesnt. If that doesn't work you will have to call them. They will probably tell you to purchase the label directly from USPS/FedEx. Make sure to remind them that you will not get Ebay's shipping discount and they will credit you the difference in price.

Same story on three of my computers, But 🆗 using my other store account. Had to use PayPal to create a ups label,
