When a buyer requests an invoice, and a preferred shipping method I update the primary (first) shipping option to the buyer's request. In today's case that meant changing SmartPost to Priority. The shipping cost DID NOT RECALCULATE!!!! If I had not been paying attention I would have been paid $18 for shipping instead of $28!!!!
I made several tests, removing and adding options in various orders. The page NO LONGER recalculates shipping when you change the dropdown. This should have been caught during testing. Once again a change pushed out with NO apparent oversight or review.
The shipping rates used to calculate when you changed them on an invoice. This is a SERIOUS deficiency that can seriously impact sellers (and eBay since the FVF is lower).

Thanks @dtexley3, I've sent a report to tech team about this.
