How does an item get relisted for sale that was previously sold on Dec 3

How does an item I sold on Dec 3 get relisted for sale? I did not have it in my unsold items list but it was relisted and a buyer bought it. I did not have the item to send to her because it was already sold. How does this happen.

Amazon Kindle and Ebay App

Anyone else having issues loading the app? Keeps saying retry or try searching for something, but still no go. Even tried to search for the app, in the app store, to uninstall/reinstall, and it is not even in there. Any ideas or bugs known?
