Resolved! Trying to use the "resolve a problem with buyer" link takes me to a page to log in, repeatedly.

Have a buyer who hasn't paid so I just want to use the resolve a problem link, but when I click it, it takes me to a page to log in to my ebay account (even though I'm alreadly logged in) and then when I click the "Sign In" link there it just reloads...
