Can someone help? When I open shipping label tab to check pricing on an order the title is in individual letters going vertical. Been that way for a couple months and take forever to scroll down. It’s okay on computer but not on ipad

Can anyone tell me why is it when I open & search eBay on my Samsung Tablet it only gives me items in the US or UK? If I open eBay on my laptop it shows me Australian items first (where I am located). Any ideas how to change it on the tablet?
