Promoted listing not visible on eBay

Don’t see my promoted listing on eBay.

How many should there be?

I searched a couple by their titles and they show as promoted so maybe give a bit more info on what you're expecting or where the problem is?  The promoted listings will show 'sponsored' on them.

@loo906  Unless you are promoting at 100%, promoted listings won't show up as sponsored every time someone, including you, searches for them. If you want to increase the odds they show up, you have to increase your percentage.

Using promoted listings is NOT a guarantee that your items will be given high placement in search or that your item will sell.
