Notification Bug - Continuously Pops Up / Cannot be Deleted

Need some help with a bug I've encountered with notifications. I continuously get a notification that my counter offer was accepted, for an item that has now been sold, and cannot delete it or stop it from popping up, see attached picture below.

When I try deleting it from either the browser or mobile app, it comes right back, and it does nothing when I click on it. Also, disabling notifications in settings only stops legitimate notifications, but this notification keeps popping up on the screen.

Anyone else encounter this bug and/or found a workaround until it's fixed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've been experiencing this issue as well for over 10 days - 2 chats with eBay reps - no help.

Exactly the same happening to me also. Now 1 week with the same item popping up every 5 seconds telling me 'Your counter offer was accepted'. What's worse is there's now a second item, and both items show the notification twice in quick succession.

As of 09/16 - my pop-ups have doubled in number.  Haven't lost a one, just added.  All are statements of offer accepted

One obsolete notification about an offer being accepted, repeating over and over.  As many others have already stated, we've tried all suggested remedies to no avail.  Unsurprisingly, this started soon after the roll-out of the 'new look' for messaging/notifications.  Please eBay- fix this glitch!  And in future, if it ain't broke- DON'T FIX IT!

Ours has gone away and all is well as of 11:00 am this morning. It's kinda like when you have had the hiccups for a long time and they mercifully stop but now you're just praying they don't start again.

Adding to the list of complaints.  This bug has still not gone away.  I am getting the continuous "YOUR COUNTER OFFER WAS ACCEPTED" notification.  I can imagine the annoyance of many of your users as mine has just been happening for two days.  I've done no business this morning while trying to find a work-around.  Think of the revenue loss for eBay.

Hate to say it but mine was 'fixed' yesterday but now it's back with the same pop-up recurring pretty much constantly again.
