Notification Bug - Continuously Pops Up / Cannot be Deleted

Need some help with a bug I've encountered with notifications. I continuously get a notification that my counter offer was accepted, for an item that has now been sold, and cannot delete it or stop it from popping up, see attached picture below.

When I try deleting it from either the browser or mobile app, it comes right back, and it does nothing when I click on it. Also, disabling notifications in settings only stops legitimate notifications, but this notification keeps popping up on the screen.

Anyone else encounter this bug and/or found a workaround until it's fixed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

OMG I have this exact problem, this Is incredibly annoying .  If I had know this was a bug- I would have never sent the counter offer, I think I legitimacy want to stop using eBay until this **bleep** is fixed.

Looks like they fixed it! Finally! A couple more days and I would have been knocking on the door of a mental hospital.

I don't know about anyone else, I started getting this yesterday, still happening for me nothing makes it stop, I have already shipped the item 🙄

I am having this issue today.  It started yesterday.  Item has already shipped and notification keeps popping up literally every 5 seconds.  I need it to stop.  I don't know what to do.  Thanks!

No difference in either browser.  Popping up on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

I have 4 stores. It started on one store a few weeks ago with just one notification. Recently multiple notifications started sticking and not able to delete them. It happens every time I change pages and it makes it very difficult to work because it covers up important links and functions, such as the search bar on messages page. Now that it is adding multiple notifications that won't go away, it won't be long before the whole right side of my screen is covered.

Today, the glitch started on a second of my stores.

Multiple computers, multiple stores, multiple browsers. Cleared cookies and history. Turned off notifications. Nothing works.

It is definitely on the eBay side.

It is changing from an irritation to seriously affecting our operations. Please fix soon.

Yep, same here.  We have 2 items we sold and shipped, one 9 and the other 5 days ago, and their "You're Couter-Offer was Accepted" pop ups have been appearing every few seconds on all the employee's desktops, who have access to eBay.   Looks like from all the comments I have read there is nothing you can do but wait for the fix to happen.

How this wasn't an easy 2 minute fix is quite baffling.  At this point it's either they don't care, or for some reason they don't know what to do.  Either way, it's a terrible look.

Why do I get the feeling if this bug prevented eBay from collecting their fees it would be fixed in 14 seconds?

I too have been having the problem for about a week now. None of the options listed have worked for me. Strange little bug to have in the system. Makes me somewhat concerned what other software bugs they have that they are unable to get under control. 🤔
