Thanks for your suggestion. I've turned off all of my seller
notifications, but I still get the notification pop-up over and over.
Sounds like this is a pretty persistent bug that is impervious to
work-arounds.

I have a bell notification "Your counter offer was accepted" pop-up for
an event that happened yesterday. When I clear the notifications from my
bell notification list, this one keeps coming back. This happens on any
paget that has bell notifications...
