MY STORE COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED.... AGAIN!!!!

My store apparently "does not exist," yet again.  So this also happened to me a bout a month ago...due to some ebay glitch.  It disappeared and then came back after 24 hours.  I have a premium store on autorenewal.  I was able to acces my store earlier today but now my store has now just disappeared....AGAIN.  What's scary this time is that it's saying I don't even have a subscription, which I do.  Last time it disapeared at least my store showed up in my subscriptions and I was still able to use my free store listings.... now there is nothing... no sign I ever had a store....   I'm afraid that I will have to start all over again....  And I'm certainly not going to pay for listings when I have 1,000 that are supposed to be free.  Did this happen to anyone else?  I'm starting to get really irritated that I'm paying good money for a store that keeps popping in and out of existence.

Alan, I opened an ebay store on April 18th, and it still does not work. I am able to set up categories and add listings, but when I click on the door or store icon, or any other link to my store, it either tells me why I should open a store, or it says that the store does not exist. I have called CS several times and have been told they are aware of the issue, but there has not been any resolution, and I have not heard from CS since last week. Are you able to help? Thank you!

Note that this is what appears to be the format for the new store links. I do not know if eBay will generate any kind of redirect magic to keep the old links functioning.

I would not advise anyone to change their links at this time. As noted, there are some issues with the new store experience.

I hope they will redirect. People print business cards, postcards, etc with their store URL. If it's changing that can throw a big wrench into things and cost sellers $ on new promotional materials.

I subscribed to a starter store on May 1st, no store as off tonight May 9th. I have called 3x and get the same response. "Its a glitch from April" and "your store will show up in 24-48hrs". The store icon is by my name but "store does not exist" when clicked. The only thing I see that has changed is the 100 listings. I don't have a manage store tab, categories, etc. Please help if you can.

I am being charged for each listing when I have a premium store with 500 zero insertion fee.
I have contacted, on the phone, the ebay.com support but the woman I was talking to didn't understand that there's a glitch.

Can you help me to solve this problem ?

The issue on this thread was that users stores were not appearing. I see your store, all looks good. 

Just so I am clear, is your only issue that your listing discounts are not working?

It should be free until 500 auctions. 

I have the promotional offer , however I am being charged for each listing.

It's not a cosmetic problem. I can't create new auctions without paying fees. I have subscribed a premium store for one year... Can you activate my auctions listing discounts ?

We subscribed a few months ago to the Featured shop but over the last few days the templates, colour schemes and Promotion boxes we have chosen keep disappearing and the shop reverts to a plain simple design. Our chosen design popped back this morning and this afternoon has disappeared again. 

In Shop Design our chosen template, colour schemes and Promotion Boxes still display as chosen and active but do not display in the live shop anymore.

Is this a temporary problem affecting many people?
