We don't know how your stores are structured there, but it MAY be you're trying to list Fixed Price OR auction style in categories that aren't allowed for the promo.

Looking at the image provided, I'm pretty sure this "promo" is the regular 500 free auctions that a Premium store gets every month. They are listing in the Stamps category, which is included in the list of 13 "fashion" and "collectibles" categories that can be used for those free auctions.

Yeah I see that now. I really wish eBay would stop touting our included with stores listings as 'promotional offers"

@do-collectionsI can click on your store link from some pages but not others. This error could be tied to the stores rollout/rollback. Post your problem in this thread:
