The default view on your Purchase History page is the last 60 days. But there is a dropdown list that lets you select all of the current year or the last two calendar years.
The actual listing from longer than 90 days ago may no longer be viewable (unless it was a multiple quantity item that was relisted), but you should be able to see the item title and seller and some very basic info.
