If you are using Internet Explorer 11 and having problems with the main eBay page hanging or causing Explorer to crash, try using another browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Opera instead. If you can't use another browser, you can try bookmarking the eBay sitemap page and using that rather than going to the main eBay page (which is apparently causing problems for users of IE11 lately):

This is a known eBay problem since ~ 3/5/19.  I'm also experiencing this on my Windows 7 PC with IE 11.  Others are reporting problems with Firefox and there are many other Technical Issues affecting everyone (Chrome users, Apple, Android Mobile, etc.).

I've posted a lot about this here at CB Technical Issues, in reply to many users experiencing the same problem (and other problems).

I have a lengthy Technical Career and was a former Customer Quality Manager for a large International Company, and I have a lot of experience handling Customer Concerns.  One thing I see here is that members replying often focus on a temporary fix, work-around, or just say deal with it and move on.   I focus on getting the problem resolved.

I've escalated the Homepage issue and others to eBay and Alan, the Community Manager.  Alan is currently assisting to try to get resolution to the Homepage Loading Error.  Please see recent posts from Alan and my posts (with technical information requested) at;  UNABLE TO PULL UP EBAY.COM FOR DAYS - SERIOUS ISSUES!!!
