How do i make a payment

Hello this is my first time using ebay and I was just trying to figure out how to make a payment on a car that was put on reserve

IOSS & customs clearance

If eBay collect VAT, the customs clearance process should be automatic, or at least the IOSS number should be indicated on the receipt. Contacting the seller every time and asking is the least convenient.

Funds available within 3 days of order delivery

Hi, I was told by Ebay that Funds available within 3 days of order delivery is not just for new sellers but for all sellers and it went in effect over a year ago. Is it true that they are doing that for ALL sellers?. Thank you
