Sold items in Unsold list, not in Awaiting Payment, Not in Ready to Ship

I see a couple sold items in my list of unsold, they do not appear in either awaiting payment or paid and awaiting shipment. Another item that had a bid seems to have just vanished.

I'm trying to list a coin that should qualify for the ebay standard envelope shipping, It's in a correct category and is only $16, but the ESE is not even an option for the shipping. Any ideas what is up with that?
