How do i make a payment

Hello this is my first time using ebay and I was just trying to figure out how to make a payment on a car that was put on reserve

Was this item discovered on eBay or did you find it outside eBay and it’s being moved to eBay for payment. 

Just do you know, this is a very common scam. Proceed with caution, if this is the case. 

If you found the item on eBay and you have been declared the buyer after the listing ended, you will be able to pay through the eBay listing.

What’s the item number?

Did you find this car on eBay? Or some other site? 
If you found it on another site it’s a scam. eBay doesn’t list cars on other sites. eBay doesn’t hold cars eBay doesn’t collect payment for  cars.

I found outside of ebay

If the car was found on eBay, then you pay the reserve amount through the listing and balance when you pickup the car. All cars sold on eBay should be inspected in person. Except for the reserve amount, all car sells on eBay are non binding, either party can walk away.

That's an old scam and has nothing to do with Ebay.

Please Put  the link to the eBay listing here the number you posted is not an item number. Every listing on eBay has an item number.

You are dealing with a scammer who is after your money.
