@chelsea1906 If a seller ships untracked, and an item never arrived,
they can't prove otherwise. Ebay would refund the buyer.... Can't see
how you wouldn't be refunded.
As a buyer, I have neither the need nor the desire to 'add photos' to a

Neither you nor the seller(s) have control over ebay's payment/shipping
policies... both of you need to follow ebay rules here. If you ignore
this, it's at your own peril.
