Okay so I used the send offer feature and had someone that received the
offer send me a rude and completely false message. Sounds a little
unhinged to be honest.I blocked them but can they still accept the offer
that was sent before they were blocked...

I ordered an item from South Carolina. On Tuesday the 21st it shown it
was within 2 hours of me. I live in Missouri and it made it to Kansas so
very close....I checked tracking today the 22nd and it is in Wisconsin
(10 hours away)
