Store order discount not showing up on Ebay App

I recently upgraded to an ebay basic store and tried to promote my product. However, several promotion methods have been tried, but they are only displayed on the ebay webpage, and are not displayed on the search results and ebay app.

Listing Error, titles are limited to 80 characters

An error pops up that there are too many characters in the listing title. This is a title that eBay chose for the skew that I scanned. I try to edit the title but it does not allow me to make changes.
