Currently, the button to request a purchase be cancelled (when within the first hour) that is supposed to appear under the one to contact the seller is not present in the Android mobile app. Neither is it even available on the mobile website for some reason.
I know because I had to log into eBay on my browser and go into classic mode and from there view my purchase history to finally have the option for "Ask to cancel" to appear. This is a very silly to have a feature only available on one platform and not the others as it just segregates the site and makes one inferior over the other.
