Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Price was $599 so I clicked “buy it now “ I received tracking info on or about 6/25 saying delivery would be 7/2. Then a few days later 7/5. I’m disappointed for it seems that I’m out of luck.
