App update not working

I have deleted the eBay app and downloaded again to no avail, can someone look into this .I am using an iPad Air 2 ios15.8 with no option for update . Is there anyone helping ?

I have an iPad Air 2. The eBay app says I need to update but cannot because I only have iOS 15.8 . Why ?
