Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

For over a month my old purchases continue to pop up on my app in chronological order. I can’t swipe them to delete or hide them. And now for the last two weeks I can’t delete or hide my newest purchases. Please help!!!

Images in active listing are flickering, loading times are horrible, and keeps crashing
