Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

I HAVE SEVERAL ITEMS I AM TRYING LIST AND I AM UNABLE TO UPLOAD IMAGES THROUGH THE MOBILE APP AS I NORMALLY DO. I HAVE REBOOTED MY IPHONE. I HAVE UPDATED THE EBAY APP. I HAVE TRIED OVER AND OVER. SEEMS TO BE AN EBAY ISSUE...HELP!!!
