App bug in iPadOS 13.1.2 and iOS 13.1.2

Ever since I upgraded to iPadOS 13.1.2, the eBay app has behaved as follows.  In the My eBay section, the Purchases routine is unable to display any entries. It shows the list of purchases, but if you choose one, it immediately reverts back to the list.  The same thing happens in the Bids & Offers section.  

This problem also occurs on my iPhone X with newly installed iOS 13.1.2.

Either the eBay app needs to be fixed or we need iOS 13.1.3 in which eBay app functions normally.

Thanks for reporting this. This is not related to the app version or the OS version. We are looking into this and should be working as expected shortly.

This problem now seems to be intermittent.  Sometimes the Purchases list functions normally, and sometimes it doesn’t.  An item on the list will sometimes be shown when selected, and sometimes not.

I  just tried to access purchased items, and the app now works fine.  I couldn’t get it to malfunction at all.
