Seems like everyone is having the same problem!cannot update or use the EBay app any longer!Is Ebay doing anything about this or are we all expected to revert to oldschool shopping - ie using the High Street?

I have been using ebay app for years and few days ago it's saying to update app as this version is no longer supported. When clicked there is no update available why is this is there going to be a fix for this it's ridiculous.

I take it I’m not the only one unable to use the app after the latest update,I’m not prepared to buy a new phone just for eBay as my operating system will not support the latest update,any ideas on whether eBay are going to address this.

Resolved! Update

Cannot update app on an older iPhone. Other family members have the same issue. Cannot load an older version. Going to lose an awful lot of customers if you don’t sort this out. Click to update and end up in an inescapable loop!
