Resolved! Update to app

Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

I can no longer use eBay as the older version will not work and I can’t download the ios17 version of eBay absolutely ridiculous I use eBay probably once a week to order now they have lost my custom 郎

I have an Apple IPhone 6S the IOS packages open to me do not match what EBay now need ? do I have any other options apart from not using my app ? ebay plays a part in my business needs

I was asked to update the eBay app. On clicking link, it took me to the Apps page for ebay and I couldn’t find the update link

Been trying to update the ebay app on my Galaxy Note8 but it keeps telling me that i dont have a signal but i do i have a very good wi-fi signal and internet through my mobile phone but it just will not connectAny one have any ideas

Using EBay app on an old iPad

I have a iPad that operated on iOS15. I need an EBay app to work on this system but can only download the version that operates on iOS17. What can I do, apart from buying a new iPad?

Need iOS 17 and my phone doesn’t support it so I can’t use the App.

Very disappointed as it must affect a lot of other people.

Ebay now requires iOS 17 which the majority of Ebay users including myself ( Apple iPad Air 2) no idea what Ebay was thinking as they will loose thousands of customers unless they rectify this quickly.

My phone isn’t compatible with ios17. EBay cannot provide a download that meets my phone’s requirements. If I remove the App then I won’t have any access to my eBay account. Please advise

EBay app on ios15 will not update, or allow older version. EBay account is now unavailable to me.

I am apparently not the only ios15 user to have this issue. My wife is on ios16 and the app still works fine on her iPad. I have been an EBay account holder and regular user since 2002.Ebay will lose a lot of business over this! Please sort this ASAP...
