Resolved! Update to app

Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

As a buyer I have a lot of orders still in being delivered status but I have received them. I should be able to mark them delivered. It probably confuses the sellers with items sent weeks ago are not marked delivered
