Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Drafts disappeared when trying to sell

Spent nearly two hours writing out detailed description of an item I was going to be listing. Pressed save for later so I could get back to it and it’s gone. Tried again, and again nothing saved. Lot of time wasted, not great support.
