Resolved! Update to app

Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Items that I bid on a couple days ago are not appearing so I had assumed they were gone, now they’re saying I’m winning the bid of some items that I don’t see in my bid list. Please fix this ASAP I am totally lost on my bidding.
