Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Purchase history only showing last 60 days

The purchase history section of my eBay app is only now showing the last 60 days of purchases. This is something that just recently started happening. The other day It was showing as normal.

Purchases not showing

When I click on a previous purchase, the record is unable to be found and I get an error.

Review offer as seller, click similar items goes to revise listing

When you receive an offer for an item for sale the review offer page shows. When clicking see similar items, the app loads the revise listing screen.

Return options not showing

When trying to click on a certain return item option they are not all showing up… There’s a glitch with the app

Purchases page not uploading

The page suppose to display purchases is not uploading properly.

Older purchases not loading

I still have not received an item I ordered in September. Went to search the item and the purchase is not loading. Only newer purchases are loading

Tracking and my purchase information is not loading.

When I log onto the app, and select my purchases, all the information is not loading, such as the track package feature. How do you correct that. I am using an iPhone 11.

App on my phone

I can’t get the app on my phone to show me any of my purchases or update history of when my items are going to be delivered

hey guys quick question?? When I go back to my purchases it used to show when it’s delivered or I can leave feedback but not it’s not showing all my purchases from 2 years ago or won’t let me leave feedback or anything? It only shows edit on top corn...
