Resolved! Update to app

Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Tracking and my purchase information is not loading.

When I log onto the app, and select my purchases, all the information is not loading, such as the track package feature. How do you correct that. I am using an iPhone 11.

Issue on eBay app

The eBay app has since yesterday shown a bug. A lot of purchases images are not showing.if you go direct to the eBay website they show properly.im using an Apple iPhone 11 phone updated to the latest iOS.

Hello EBay, When I click the blue link to automatically reduce the suggested cost it never changes. Can it be fixed? I have to open the page and reduce it myself.
