Yesterday-12/8- no purchases, new or past, would load; today, past purchases loaded, but I still have 2 that are in the process of shipping. One of the orders appears lost at the post office and without the ability to see the purchases being shipped, I can’t track, communicate with the seller or leave feedback.

All orders should be showing in your purchase history list. Can you pull down on the list to force a refresh? If you log into the website are the orders showing?
