Reversal?

I payed for an item and it checkout and everything but for some reason it still appears in my cart as if I didn’t pay for it? When I checked my statements it said reversal a few times but then it said it was processing again

Order problem

Paid for two item have the check out screen shot only one item is my my order have a delivery date for the item as the 15th and the seller states he has no order for it!! The money was withdrew from my checking account this was suppose to be my child...
