Resolved! Update to app

Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

I am enrolled for click and collect but not showing up on sale item - complained 3 times to 3 different agents and told fixed -bit still not fixed - losing a sale becauseof this issue - not good enough !
