i got invoiced by eBay saying that I owe them $27.22 From December, but I haven’t spent any money on eBay in the past month or sold anything in the past month.

Is it actually from eBay?  Some phishing scams out there.

  it was about a scooter that i accidentally accepted an offer, the person didn’t pay the money for the scooter and didn’t answer back since those messages, i canceled the order. waiting for ebay to cancel the invoice.
