Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Why does my sold amount not match the actual sales when adding them up?

Resolved! 4th Feb 2021 update now I can't bid or pay

The app automatically updated and is now unusable. I can't bid on anything and I can't pay for anything. I tested these functions on a computer and that works fine do it is just the app. Can I get the old version back?

Resolved! App wont let me confirm a bid

Can bid normally on desktop. On the app when I put in a dollar amount I click confirm and nothing happens. There is also no preloaded bid amounts on the bottom like there used to be. Have cleared data/ reloaded / installed app. Nothing.

I can type sn,amount, but the blue bid button just flashes and does not enter my bid. Very upset.

On Android version 10 Motorola phone. Latest ebay app update will not let me bid. Hit place bid button and does nothing. Removed cache and data. Removed app. Rebooted phone and reinstalled app. Same result.
