My account I bought the items with is now closed how can I get my refund ?

If the item was delivered less than 30 days ago, go to your Purchase History, find the item and file for refund there.

I just noticed that you said "my account".  If your account is closed, you might have a hard time trying to get a refund.  You can Google "ask eBay on twitter" and send them a message via Twitter.  Not a tweet, send a message and someone from eBay may try to help you.
