Resolved! Update to app

Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

i am working on ebay and i have to put pictures on the items i sell i have and i have a small phone

the pictures are not clear and i need to know why they are not clear and when i go and snap the pitcher and i let them go to the google and but somehow i can't seem to get them to go my in box on google and what am i doing wrong .

Inappropriate search

When searching for pin print for a toy for the kids, adult pin-ups came up. Pin print never showed up. On competitors sights I did not have this problem. Only on eBay

The buy now button on a post is not available and I’m confused as to why this is happening.

Hacked account?

The shipping address was changed without my authorization. 2 purchases were sent to address in Miami. Can’t get anyone to assist me. Suggestions?

Not loading info

None of my purchases will load when I try to open them up. It gives me an error and I have to reopen it 3 or more times before it loads. Sometimes it will load in but the pictures will not load. I have 4 bars LTE and still nothing.

Open case

I was selling a computer on ebay and a buyer bought it and I sent it out. I never received the money for the computer and ebay removed the item so I can’t open a case. How do I get my payment for the computer?

eBay website issue

What is wrong with eBay??I can not pull up my purchases?? It should also be easier to contact you as well. This ridiculous I can not email you or anything. When I pull up purchases it says system error and I haven’t been able to do so for months now....
