Card information is correct, EBay app won’t let me add my information

So I was trying to buy an iPhone and I entered my card information into eBay, but eBay said my card information was incorrect, although I called my bank as well as re entered the information, and it still does not work.

How do I get rid of this app without affecting my evay account?
