I have recently been scammed out of 2,000 from eBay which the seller said she was sending the item through! Now neither eBay or the seller is answering any of my emails! I need my refund immediately!!!

So a couple days ago I got a email from ebay saying that they cancelled my order but it also said this won't stop my order as well. What does this mean. Also I ordered the item a day before it was removed. Will I still get the item I ordered?

Paid Ship Now Notification APP

Had a item I sold and I ended up having to refund the buyer it as it was not in stock. Notification still shows up on my Home Screen on app to ship the item. Please help remove it. thank you
