Had a item I sold and I ended up having to refund the buyer it as it was
not in stock. Notification still shows up on my Home Screen on app to
ship the item. Please help remove it. thank you
I deleted the transaction after I did a refund so nothing to cancel out.
Pop up still shows on my app home page. I think eBay needs to step. I
saw on other posts they had to do something on the backend.
